  • While stainless steel doesn’t rust or tarnish it may darken slightly over time. Stainless steel is able to be worn in the shower and beach but its recommended to remove jewelry before going into a pool to avoid exposure to chemicals that may speed up darkening. To brighten up the jewelry you can use baking soda, water and a soft toothbrush to clean between all the rings. Once you rinse the baking soda off dry with a microfiber cloth and leave on the cloth to fully dry overnight. Please don’t put your jewelry back into their storage bags until they are fully dried.

    This care guide only applies if your jewelry has no other natural beads. If your jewelry has any natural pearls or crystal beads always remove before going into any water to keep the beads like new.

  • All pieces are made to order unless otherwise stated in the description. Made to order pieces have up to a 2 week turnover time before being shipped. All orders currently go through Australia Post and shipping times are subject to which shipping option chosen at checkout.

    Please read the description of every piece if you need the order by a certain time to avoid any unexpected delays.

  • Due to the handmade nature of my jewellery all sales are final. Every piece will have the size and materials in the description. Please make sure you read every description carefully to ensure everything fits and you know how to care for your pieces.

    I am not responsible for any packages being lost or stolen after shipping. There is an option to add insurance to your order and if chosen your order will be insured. This is your responsibility to decide to add insurance or not.

    I am happy to provide free repairs on jewellery within reason provided the customer cover the costs of shipping. To make sure that your jewelry lasts a lifetime please refer to the care guide on the FAQ page.

    All products will have the measurements in the description as well as extender chains. Please made sure that you make sure the piece will fit before ordering. If you are ordering a made to order piece and need it to be a specific size please leave your size in your order notes. For a size guide refer to the FAQ page.

  • Measuring yourself for jewelry can be done with a soft measuring tape or with a piece of string. Alternatively if you have jewelry you already like the fit of you can simply measure the jewelry and write the length in cm in your order notes.

    For measuring your bracelet size wrap the string around your wrist to the size that’s most comfortable. Mark the size and use a ruler or measuring tape to measure the length of the string. For necklaces either find a necklace you like the length of or drape the string around your neck where you’d like the necklace to sit and measure the length of the string.

    Made to order pieces will all have their measurements listed in the description. if you would like a specific size in the made to order pieces please add your size in your order notes.

    Premade pieces aren’t able to be modified but all pieces come with an extender chain.

  • To make a custom order please fill out the contact us order below with what you’re wanting to order as well as colours, size and time frame. Depending on the amount of online orders or upcoming events customs may be closed, if customs are closed you can click the subscribe tab and subscribe to our newsletter to be notified of upcoming drops and custom opening dates.

    Even if customs are open I do still reserve the right to deny your custom, if I do deny your custom I will always try to refer you to an artist that will hopefully align with your vision.
